FIELD: medicine, medicinal instruments. SUBSTANCE: inhaler for medicinal preparations in the form of powder contains a reservoir, means for dosing a preparation, dispersion chamber, outflow channel and a mouthpiece designed with an outflow channel. Means for dosing preparations are situated between a reservoir and a mouthpiece. Inhaler has an acceleration channel situated in direction towards preparation outflow behind means for dosing and retention chamber behind an acceleration channel connected with an outflow channel. Means for dosing are designed as dosing plate with possibility for rotation and movement which has at least one hollow and is partially recovered with a part of longitudinal area of acceleration channel. The latter comes tangentially into retention chamber, an outflow channel is designed as circular outflow chamber with which retention chamber is connected through central outflow of lower diameter against retention chamber. At the same time dispersion chamber is tangentially situated behind an outflow chamber. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 3 dwg
