SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of continuous or intermittent deformation at intermediate cooling and subsequent heating stages realized at least two times independently upon number of previous and following modes. Rolled piece is deformed in well known systems of strikers or roll grooved passes. One of strikers or of rolls is sheet like or it has smooth barrel. Rolled piece made with use of such strikers or rolls has rectangular or almost rectangular cross section with camber defined according to described rectangular and being no more than 0.25 of small axis and 0.15 of large axis of rectangular having rounded angles with size no more than 0.4 of small axis. Total or local percentage deformation before changing its direction is equal at least to 0.25. Cooling is realized at rate equal at least to 1.5 C/min until temperature of termination of structural conversion. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
