Depolymerization apparatus contains ultrasonic treatment means, ultrasonic vibration source, and cooling means. Ultrasonic treatment means and cooling means are combined into a single chamber provided with exhausted liquid stream collector in its upper part and with liquid stream distributor in its lower part.
