SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of deoxyribonucleic acids, polysaccharides, proteins, and other high- molecular compounds, in particular, in production of drugs, especially when sterile substances are prepared. Depolymerization apparatus contains ultrasonic treatment means, ultrasonic vibration source, and cooling means. Ultrasonic treatment means and cooling means are combined into a single chamber provided with exhausted liquid stream collector in its upper part and with liquid stream distributor in its lower part. Apparatus is supplemented by vessel with stirring means and pump for liquid being treated. EFFECT: improved design and facilitated procedure. 3 cl, 3 dwg
