FIELD: transport engineering; passenger cars and freight trucks. SUBSTANCE: device has microcomputer with command input unit, mode setting unit, information analyzing and processing unit, program user identification and vehicle parameter identification unit, display connected to local data system, all being installed on vehicle. Ignition switch position coding unit, unit of storage and coding of unauthorized access signals, unit of decoding and storage of alarm signal commands, unit of decoding and storage of commands for interlocking of functional members of automobile, and also transmitter. All these devices are connected to local data system. Receivers and auxiliary signalling units are installed at user's and at police traffic control stations. In case of attempt of intrusion, corresponding pickups operate and local alarm gets energized. Warning signal is transmitted by radio to user and police stations. If burglar succeeds in unlocking functional members and driving vehicle from parking place, hi-jacked vehicle is found by police officers who stop cars checking and identify driver using the photo on display. If command setting unit and display in vehicle are broken, identification is provided using police traffic control mobile set of equipment with similar microcomputer.
