FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: each water craft of floating landing stage is made in form of ship containing hull with cargo holds with bottom and deck ceilings and side bulkheads; hull is provided with superstructure whose upper deck extends over entire length of ship. Superstructure walls are provided with cargo ports and are mounted over perimeter of openings of cargo holds which are just extension of side bulk-heads and inter-hold bulkheads forming additional hold space. Loading-unloading mechanisms are arranged inside superstructure. Loading-unloading mechanisms are made in form of bridge crane with cantilevers; crane tracks are mounted along CL on side walls of superstructure. Cantilevers are mounted in superstructure for opening till they are engageable with cantilevers of bridge crane of adjacent ship, thus forming transportation systems for performing cargo handling jobs.
