FIELD: shipbuilding; water transport; designing mobile water craft for transportation and storage of cargoes, timber in particular. SUBSTANCE: according to first version, ship-terminal includes hull with cargo holds divided by transverse inter-hold bulkheads; hull is provided with superstructure having upper deck ceiling, side, intermediate and end walls which are mounted over perimeter of openings of cargo holds forming additional hold space and cargo devices located in superstructure and made in form of two-boom bridge crane whose tracks are mounted along ship's CL at side walls of superstructure. Side walls of superstructure are provided with cargo ports; hull is provided with shores and with at least one longitudinal wall located over entire length of cargo holds; door hinges of cargo ports are located over lower edge for turning them relative to longitudinal axis and forming mooring bridge; intermediate walls of superstructure are articulated with respective bulkheads for turn relative to transverse axis of ship. Cargo ports are located opposite intermediate walls which are mounted in superstructure for connection with its side walls and upper deck ceiling by means of connecting members in one position and for engagement with shores and longitudinal wall in other position. According to second version, intermediate walls of superstructure may be moved beyond boundaries of ship's hull by means of special mechanisms in addition to turn relative to ship's transverse axis for forming the mooring bridge.
