FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: method consists in gravitational separation of oil from water in reservoir which belongs to system provided with pumps and control devices. After separation of oil fraction from bilge water, preliminarily purified water is continuously discharged from separation reservoir. Then water is delivered to filtration system for additional cleaning where it is circulated at increased pressure and is held in flow; bilge water at concentrated amount of oil is continuously discharged to separation reservoir on contaminated of fine filter. Flow rate in system is low not to impair separation process in reservoir due to the flow of medium. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 9 cl, 1 dwg
