FIELD: chemical or physical processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a device for prolonging the period of continuous operation of the washing process with water used in the process of converting methanol into olefins. Method involves treatment of flushing water used in the process of converting methanol into olefins in a microcyclone to remove free oil from the water. Further, flushing water is directed into a separator with a fluidised bed for purification in order to remove emulsified oil, dispersed oil and fine catalyst powder from the water. Separator operates continuously until the accumulated operating pressure difference reaches 0.05–0.3 MPa. Then flushing water is supplied for back flushing. If necessary, additionally adding gaseous nitrogen for mixing with flushing water for back flushing, to completely fluidize the granular bed of the fluidized bed separator to a boiling state. In order to release the intercepted catalyst powder and purify the impurities contained in the cavities, the backwash flow rate is controlled to 50–90 m3/h. Providing three-phase separation of gas-liquid-solid mixture formed as a result of backwashing, at which the obtained filter material is returned to the granular layer, and the backwash liquid, which carries the catalyst, and the backwash gas are discharged separately. Separator with fluidized bed is switched to normal operating state after completion of backwashing, so that regeneration of granulated bed activity is completed, and operation is continued. Part of flushing water treated by separator with fluidized bed is directed to reboiler under the propylene rectification column there are devices for separation of olefins as a heat source for partial regeneration of residual heat of washing water and it is returned to the water washing column after heat exchange. Other part is directed to the column for stripping of light substances of effluents for treatment by stripping.

EFFECT: reduced content of oil and solid substance in flushing water.
