FIELD: ozone generation and chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in installations treating industrial and household waste waters, process gas releases, drinking water, and swimming pool water as well as in chemical engineering and other areas. Electrical pulses are emitted with constant frequency corresponding to maximum permitted frequency of ozone generator, intervals between emitted pulses being adjusted during transfer of oxygen-containing gas between ozone generator electrodes to achieve desired productivity.
