FIELD: chemical industry, installations to prepare drinkable water, water of swimming pools, to purify industrial and domestic sewage and technological gas effluents. SUBSTANCE: proposed high- frequency ozonizer has low-voltage electrode 1, cooled high-frequency electrode 2, discharge zone 3 with branch pipes 4, 5 to feed oxygen-carrying gas and to release ozone-carrying mixture, heater 6 of low-voltage electrode, cooled controlling grid 7 positioned on supports 8,9 between mentioned electrodes connected to high-voltage voltage source and limiting discharge zone from side of low-voltage electrode, vacuuming device 10 mounted after branch pipe for release of ozone-carrying mixture. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency of ozonizer. 1 dwg
