FIELD: oil-producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method is characterized by wave action on microorganisms in formation. They are exposed to treatment with wave frequency of 16-30000 Hz. For intensification of microorganisms activity use is made, preferably, of wave frequencies of 16-20000 Hz. First, treatment is carried out with waves of frequencies above 1000 Hz and then less than 1000 Hz. Added to microorganism suspension is nonionic surfactant or salts of alkali metals of fat acids with number of carbon atoms up to 6. Microorganisms are destroyed by wave treatment with frequency of 20000-30000 Hz. EFFECT: higher oil recovery. 4 cl
