SUBSTANCE: system for the production of blood meal of animal and poultry blood contains a filter for blood purification, connected to a coagulator including nozzles installed along a longitudinal axis of a case, connected via a distributing cylinder to a steam generator, a screw installed in the coagulator case, a coagulator output is connected to a decanter, which is a horizontal centrifuge with screw unloading of solid substance (product), an output for liquid substance of the decanter is connected to a heat exchanger and a septic tank, a blower providing injection of solid substance with an air jet to a reel dryer containing three drying reels A, B, and C, sequentially connected to each other. Inside each reel, there are blades evenly distributed along an inner surface of the reel, an output for spent drying air of each drying reel is connected to a dust cyclone. The reel dryer is connected to two heat exchangers and two heat pumps installed at the output of spent air from reels A and C. Heat pumps are connected by a technological line to a heat installation interacting with a steam generator, the reel B is equipped with a fan for injection of ambient air to the reel. An output for dried solid substance from the reel dryer, through a transportation node, is connected to a cooling installation, a crusher, and a packaging unit. The system is equipped with an automatic system containing sensors of a temperature, speed, level, pressure. A method for the production of blood meal of animal and poultry blood, using a system, is claimed.
