FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a roll drier 2 for preliminary heating and drying of dung, mixer 5 with rolls 6, fluidized bed drier 10, cyclone 14 for separation of dust after the drier, cooling tower 17, cyclone 21 for separation of dust after the cooling tower, all these interconnected by a system of conveyors. The drying agent is delivered into the fluidized bed drier 10 by a drying agent generator, i.e. the combustion chamber of gas turbine engine 25. In operation, the moist dung enters the roll drier 2 where it is heated and dried. Then dung is mixed in the mixer 5 with a part of dung dried before in the drier and with dust separated in cyclones 14 and 21. The mixture of dry and moist dung is compacted by rolls 6, crushed in grinder 9 and delivered into drier 10 where it is finally dried. The used-up drying agent is separated in cyclone 14 and delivered into drum 3 of roll drier 2 where the drying agent rejects its heat to the moist dung. The produced condensate is drained through branch pipe 4. The gases liberated from moist dung and from the drum 3 of roll drier 2 are drawn out by fan 30 and directed into gas washer 31 for separation of ammonia and other water-soluble components. The dung dried in drier 10 is directed into cooling tower 17 where it is cooled with air delivered from compressed air source 38. The end product is delivered to the User while the heated cooling air is cleaned of dust in cyclone 21 and delivered to the inlet of combustion chamber 25 together with a part of the air from compressed air source 38.
