FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has flow rate stabilizer connected to discharge pipe-line of hydrosystem and sensitive element manufactured in the form of capillary and connected to viscosimeter and flow rate stabilizer. Flow rate stabilizer is manufactured in the form of automatically controlled needle throttle incorporating needle installed immobile in body which working surface has shape of hyperboloid and hollow floating spring-loaded piston with bottom made in the form of diaphragm with beveled edges. Sensitive element is installed in hydraulic tank of hydrosystem below level of working liquid. Viscosimeter is made in the form of manometer calibrated in units of kinematic viscosity, it is positioned between sensitive element and flow rate stabilizer. Flow rate stabilizer is connected to discharge pipe-line of hydrosystem ahead of its element having hydraulic resistance. EFFECT: enhanced functional authenticity and stability. 1 dwg
