FIELD: detection and determination of concentrations of combustible and toxic gases. SUBSTANCE: sensor has substrate of valve metal or its alloy coated on two sides with gas sensitive oxide layers of corresponding metal, electrodes and microheater. Sensor is fitted with leads for connection to registering device and leads for power supply of electric microheater. One side of oxidized substrate has current conductive contact permeable to gas in the capacity of measurement electrode, other side carries film microheater. Oxidized metal gas sensitive layer is deposited on substrate by method of anode oxidizing. EFFECT: enhanced functional stability and reliability of this sensor. 2 cl, 1 dwg
