FIELD: detection and determination of concentrations of hot and toxic gases. SUBSTANCE: proposed sensor has substrate made from valve metal or its alloy. Oxide layers of proper metal are arranged on both sides of substrate. One of sides of oxide substrate carries current conductive contact permeable to gas in the capacity of measurement electrode and contact not permeable to gas in the capacity of comparison electrode. The other side carries film microheater. Sensor has leads-out from measurement and comparison electrodes for connection to recorder and power supply leads-out of microheater.
