SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods and means indicating state of preparation or substance in food industry, medicine, pharmacology, veterinary medicine and so on. Method involves deposition of aid controlling factors acting on package of substance and indicating aid whose change of state is used to evaluate state of tested object. In this case factor most unfavorable for given object is chosen as controlling factor. If most unfavorable factor is within specified limiting values during current test of parameters of factors change of present condition of indicating aid is executed. If specified value exceeds tested parameters of most unfavorable factor mentioned controlling aid is blocked with simultaneous changing over of part of indicating aid to mode of constant indication.
