SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to automated systems for monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures and can be used in designing and operating buildings and structures. Method includes installation on the object of sensors measuring object vibration parameters, including, but not limited to amplitude and frequency of oscillations, recording results of a representative sample of measurements for standard operating conditions of an object in conditions of varying external conditions, forming, based on measurement results of oscillation spectra with intervals of boundary values of amplitudes and oscillation frequencies, analysis of current results of measurements of vibration frequencies of objects and formation of a sample of measurements from the analysed record, which corresponds to frequency interval of boundary conditions. On its basis corresponding oscillation amplitude value is formed, which is compared with boundary values of amplitude for frequency range of boundary conditions, by results of comparison judgment is made on stress-strain state of building structures of object and object as a whole. Device includes unit of vibration sensors, and / or unit of sensors of measurements of acceleration of oscillations of object, and / or unit of sensors of measurements of oscillations of object, and / or unit of sensors of measurement of oscillations of object, unit for recording measurements of outputs of sensors and unit for processing and analysis of vibration measurements, made with possibility of processing and analysis of vibration measurements based on specified plurality of boundary conditions with obtaining at output of result in form of Boolean information on positive or negative result of verification.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of monitoring results with simultaneous increase of operating speed.
