FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates process control. Proposed method operates on the principle of neural network and comprises electronic tracking of stock material and components transfer, monitoring the state of every process equipment component and quality of intermediate product at every aforesaid component with the help of central controller. The latter receives data from comparator unit that compares the data about intermediate products contained in quality standard memory with actual properties as-measured by monitoring unit instruments. If quality of intermediate product deviates from preset standards signal is sent to correction unit and process control unit and, if required, to correction equipment control unit.
EFFECT: simulation modeling of brewage process and optimised process control.
