FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to packaging and storage of agricultural products with limitation on conditions and shelf life, specifically to a method for computer monitoring of their state during storage. That is ensured by applying control means (sensors) of the factors acting on it to the packaging or container of agricultural products, the state of which is determined based on the state of agricultural products. Most unfavorable factor for the given product is selected, and if the permissible parameters are exceeded, the part of the control system of this factor is blocked. Simultaneously, indicator mode is switched into continuous monitoring mode, which is made in the form of light and sound alarm unit, which is converted data received from sensors and transmits it to computer system for controlling state of agricultural products. Further, the obtained information is recorded and compared with the maximum permissible values of the measured parameters of the unfavorable factors in the computer memory. Thus conditional image of package or containers of controlled agricultural products is formed. State of agricultural products is reflected in real time through color of indicator labels on conditional image.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of the agricultural products remote monitoring system with faster and more reliable evaluation of the monitored parameters.
