FIELD: electric communication. SUBSTANCE: device has scanning units 1.1-1.n which are connected to cross unit of exchange equipment, request and accumulation unit 6, bit comparison unit 7, address and message generator 8 and code sequence generator 9 which send generated information to control unit 10 which provides tariff and cost of calls. In addition device has test signal generator 11 which provides system self-testing. Two control units 10 which operate simultaneously in parallel mode may be provided. High- resistance connection to cross unit (b wire in telephone line) decreases attenuation in call circuit. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased reliability. 3 dwg
