SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the ferment containing Bifidobacterium longum B-379M and Bifidobacterium bifidum LVA-3 or Bifidobacterium longum B-379M and Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 and kefir fungi at ratio Bifidobacterium longum B-379M, Bifidobacterium bifidum LVA-3 or Bifidobacterium bifidum 791 and kefir fungi = 1:1: 0.5, respectively. This ferment is used for preparing the curative-prophylactic lactic acid product. Fermentation is carried out for two stages: firstly - exposition for 4-6 h to pH = 5.1-5.5 and then after package at 18-22 C up to clot formation. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 2 cl, 1 tbl
