FIELD: medicine, stomatology, oral surgery. SUBSTANCE: in area of alveolar process atrophy a mucous-periosteal fragment is cut, a sanitation of interdental pockets is conducted according to generally accepted technique. Then openings of 0.5-1.5 mm diameter from interdental septa tops to the level of 2-3 mm lower (mandibular) and higher (maxilla) against teeth's root are made in alveolar process by a cone-shaped drill at every 2 mm. Transplants of tubular bones conserved in a light (0.5%) formalin solution are introduced into openings developed. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain improved conditions to reconstruct osseous tissue in inter-root area of alveolar process, decrease operational traumaticity.
