SUBSTANCE: autoplasma is obtained from vein blood of patient immediately before operation by centrifugation to produce three autoplasma fractions: upper, middle and lower. Middle fraction is separated and added two or three drops of 10% calcium chloride solution, mixed with Alloplant allogenic transplant to obtain gel-like mass, and additionally osteoplastic material, Osteoplast xenotransplant, is added to the mix at Alloplant to Osteoplast mass ratio of 1:1. Defect cavity is filled with prepared mix. Remaining middle autoplasma fraction in membrane form is used to shape protective film of interdental gap width and is positioned in interdental gap. Mucoperiosteal flaps are caught in over the membrane in interdental gaps.

EFFECT: reduced risk of epithelium ingrowth into periodental pocket, positive conditions for ligamentous apparatus recovery, reduced risk of inflammatory complications in post-operation period.
