FIELD: medicine; stomatology.

SUBSTANCE: obtain autoplasma from venous blood of the patient directly before the operation by centrifugation of blood up to obtaining of three fractions of autoplasma: top, medium and bottom. Separate medium fraction, add from two to three drops of a ten-percentage solution of sodium chloride of calcium in it and admix it up to obtaining of gel-like mass with an allogenic Alloplant graft. Strip mucoperiosteal flaps on depth of parodontal recessws. Evacuate granulation tissue and subdingival dental deposits. Perform medicamental treatment of osteal recesses, grind and polish surfaces of roots of the teeth. Fill cavities of a defect with the prepared admixture. Model a protective membranula on width of an interdental interval from the remaining medium autoplasma fraction and stack it in an interdental space. Return flaps on former place and take in over the membrane in the interdental spaces.

EFFECT: acceleration of neogenesis and creation of conditions for restoration of the copular apparatus.
