FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: agent has the following components, wt.-%: acetylsalicylic acid 39-41; paracetamol 39-41; caffeine 7.4-8.60; starch 10.14-11.20; calcium sterate 0.90-1.00, and polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.36-0.44. Method of preparing involves mixing paracetamol, caffeine and starch, wetting a mixture with binding agent solution (2-4% an aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone), wet granulation of the formed tablet mass at 35-45 C, dry granulation of the dried tablet mass, its powdering with a mixture of acetylsalicylic acid, starch and calcium stearate followed by tabletting to obtain the end product.
