SUBSTANCE: medicinal agent has components, wt. -% : acetylsalicylic acid 41.4-45.8; paracetamol 31.1-33.3; caffeine 4.9-6.0; cacao 1.4-4.1; starch 10-15; citric acid 0.4-1.8; talc 1-3, calcium stearate 0.5-1.0. Method involves raw preparation, mass preparing for tableting, tableting stage. Mass preparation for tableting is carried out by mixing of paracetamol, starch, caffeine and cacao following by wetting of mixture firstly with 55.5% citric acid solution and then with 7-10% starch paste, wetting granulation, drying and powdering of tableting mass with acetylsalicylic acid, starch, talc and calcium stearate following by dry granulation.
