FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: tooth row and end parodontium is illuminated by laser radiation. Pulse light is used for radiation, which has wavelength of 0,85-0,98 microns ( semiconductor gallium arsenide laser), frequency of radiation is 0,08-2,0 kHz, power 0,6-1,8 W. Device for realization of the method has load resistance, reservoir capacitor and diode switch, connected in series and forming closed circuit. Volt-ampere characteristic of the diode switch has a part with negative resistance. Device is additionally provided with charging current controlled generator, D-flip-flop, master oscillator, differentiating unit and electron switch, which has output connected with R-input of flip-flop, which has logic "unit" in its D-input. C-input of D-flip-flop is connected with output of master oscillator, Q-output of D-flip-flop is connected with input of charging current controlled generator, which has output connected with diode switch, reservoir capacitor and with input of differentiating unit. Output of the latter is connected with input of electron switch. Load resistance is made in form of semiconductor gallium arsenide laser, which has output connected with a tip by means of flexible fiber light-guide or some other method. Tip of fiber light-guide has a shape of arc. It is made in form of a plate of light-conducting material. Outer surface of the tip is covered with light-reflecting material ( for example, aluminum ).
