FIELD: ore concentration, solid fuel conditioning, production of cement, building materials, fertilizers, structure-forming agents, etc. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes transfer of quick-milled material being in dynamited state to mass accumulation effected in form of layer development correlated with selected free flow open area, electrically effected weakening of developed for flow treatment material layer, provision for material layer of freedom for mechanobarrier overflow under conditions of restriction of this freedom by the set value of flow open area and reception of treated material flow. Novelty of the method consists in that electrically effected weakening of material layer is accomplished as direct. For this purpose, it is conducted by subjecting the treated mass to forced deep electrical grounding. Electrical grounding is initiated by voltage potential of 0.1-50.0 V.
