FIELD: plastics processing. SUBSTANCE: environmental safe two-layer material with heat- and light-stabilized polyethylene-based protective layer and adhesive thermoplastic layer is provided for use as corrosion-insulation tape for pipelines in petroleum and gas industry. Invention is distinguished by that adhesive thermoplastic layer containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (20-60 wt %), inorganic disperse filler (30-70 wt %), and paraffin (1-10 wt %), is supplemented by alkylphenol-amine or indene- coumarone resin (2-15 wt %). EFFECT: increased corrosion immunity under commonly occurring aqueous media and cathode polarization conditions. 2 tbl
