FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: raw mixture containing lime binding agent, siliceous component, gypsum dihydrate, aluminium powder and water has additionally mother liquor. Magnesial lime is used as lime binding agent. Mixture has the following ratio of components, %: magnesial lime 15.94-22.36; siliceous component 44.7-49.4; gypsum dihydrate 0.65-0.91; aluminium powder 0.06-0.1; mother liquor 0.08-1.0 (as measured for dry matter), and water - the rest. Magnesial lime has "overburning" at the range 2.2-10%. Siliceous component has 3.2-10% clay particles.
