FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to treating pavements of motor roads, airfields, yards, footways, etc. for making their surface rough to required degree, strong enough and cohesive for wheels of vehicles. According to method, applied to surface of cement-concrete pavement is uniform layer of mixture made up of polyvinylbutyral powder and quartz sand. After that, aforesaid mixture is heated to melting temperature of high-molecular matter. This treatment results in creation of strong, rough surface of high cohesive property.
