FIELD: hydraulic or mining engineering; controlling seepage from depressions through bottom and slope surfaces of canals, drain trenches. SUBSTANCE: method uses double muddiness layer of synthetic geotextiles; internal watertight layer is formed due to soaking and swelling of dry clay powder preliminary applied on surface of lower zone; external watertight layer is formed due to mechanical detention of clay particles suspended in solution of clay slurry that fills depression. Watertight diaphragm cannot slide over slope because of manufacturing rigid frame by means of filling pipe hollows in upper layer of geotextiles with hardening solution.
