SUBSTANCE: drive mechanism has housing with cylinder, piston with rod and tappet installed in cylinder to form combustion chamber in cylinder, drive shaft, operating stroke device made for periodical engagement of rod with shaft by mechanical meshing of link. Piston TDC reset device has shaped cam and tappset installed, respectively, on shaft and rod. Mechanical link rod is made in form of fork straddling the drive shaft installed along piston axis. One cheek of fork has grip in form of slot for periodical engagement with pin installed on shaped cam. Pin is arranged on radius of engagement with grip corresponding to value of piston working stroke. Second cheek has flat parallel guide engaging with rotating cylindrical support installed on shaft and made in form of bearing for use as closing member between cheeks.
