FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: general-purpose air-turbine power plant includes the first and the second spools of air compressor, air turbine multi-fuel combustion chamber with fuel source, power consumer, heat exchanger with air and gas paths, air cooler, bypass pipeline. The first and the second spools of air compressor are mechanically connected to air turbine and power consumer. The inlet of the first spool of air compressor is connected to atmosphere, and outlet through the air cooler is connected to inlet of the second spool of air compressor the outlet of which is connected to inlet of air path of heat exchanger. Outlet of combustion chamber is connected to inlet of gas path of heat exchanger. Outlet of air path of heat exchanger is connected to turbine inlet. Outlet of bypass pipeline is connected to gas path between its inlet and outlet. In addition, the plant includes air distributor, fuel valve, water tank, vertically located submersible nozzle, heat consumer, start-up combustion chamber, source of one or more standby fuel with valve, and compressed air source. Inlet of air distributor is connected to outlet of air turbine, and outlet - to inlet of bypass pipeline and inlet of combustion chamber. Inlet of combustion chamber is also connected to fuel source through fuel valve and to source of standby fuel through valve. Outlet of gas path of heat exchanger is connected to vertically installed submersible nozzle buried under the level into the tank water. Tank is adjacent to heat consumer and partially filled with water and above water level - to atmosphere. Outlet of start-up combustion chamber is connected to inlet of air turbine and inlet - to sources of standby fuel and compressed air.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency and ecological indices owing to more complete use of exhaust gas heat and use of various fuel kinds, including low-calorie urban ores, providing the control of useful power and heat of the plant.
