FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: said device is intended for generation of cold, heat and electricity. The device comprises indoor air turbine with an input and an output axially connected with an electric generator, high and low pressure air lines, a compressor with a pressure regulator, and an ejector. Its high-pressure part through the pressure regulator is connected to the compressor, while an air outlet of the turbine is connected with a low-pressure part of the ejector. The compressor is axially connected to an electric motor supplied with an output and inputs arranged indoors and outdoors respectively. Besides, the device comprises a high-pressure pneumatic tank, stop cocks, a safety valve, consumer air bleed line valves, an electric chain comprising the electric generator, a storage cell and wires, a power supply. The high-pressure pneumatic tank is installed outdoors, one stop cock is mounted within the line between the pneumatic tank and high-pressure part of the ejector, whereas the other stop cock takes an input of the compressor arranged outdoors. Besides, the electric generator is connected to the accumulator, while the electric motor - to the power supply through the switch.
