SUBSTANCE: obstacle is installed across the roadway, the obstacle has a set of crossing plates 1 hinge- joined in the points of crossing and on the ends by pivots 2 with tenons 3 fitted on them and located vertically upwards. Rings 4 with holes are fitted on tenons 3 for slip. Flexible coupling 5, passing through the hole in pivot 2 of the joint and the overlying aligned holes in tenon 3 and ring 4 enveloping the tenon, is tightened in the form of a binding hinge.
