SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for forced stop of motor transport. Fence for vehicles consists of a support folding structure in the form of intersecting strips hinged to each other in places of crossing and at ends with formation of parallelogram mechanism, at that artificial irregularities in form of one or more annular grooves or ledges are made on damaging element outer surface. Depth of said annular grooves or ledges makes 0.4 to 0.9 of damaging element wall thickness.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of enclosure by reliable fixation of damaging element (tenon) in wheel after collision of motor transport.
