FIELD: traffic control. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for forcing the vehicles to stop. Proposed obstacle has support folding structure in form of crossing strips hinge connected at points of crossing and at ends to form articulated multiple-link structure with piercing members in form of removable pins. Each piercing member is arranged along axis of corresponding hinge joints being coupled with the latter through its base. Hinge joint axle has conical surface projecting above strips which is in contact with base of fitted-on pin. Pin is coupled with hinge joint axle by means of rod provided with outer thread and arranged along axes of hinge joint and pin. Rod is turned into threaded holes of tops of hinge joint outer cone and pin base inner cone. EFFECT: provision of reliable fixing of pin in obstacle till moment on vehicle wheel rolling on, with provision of free moving off of pin from obstacle after piercing vehicle wheel. 2 dwg
