SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for forced stop of motor transport. Fence for vehicles includes a support folding structure in the form of intersecting strips hinged to each other in places of crossing and at ends with formation of parallelogram mechanism, wherein on external surface of striking elements there are artificial irregularities in form of screw thread, and on opposite sides of walls of bases of striking elements there are slots or protrusions with height from 0.05 to 0.5 of height of axis and width from 0.03 to 0.3 of damaging element outer diameter.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of enclosure by providing reliable fixation of damaging element (tenon) in wheel, after collision of motor transport, as well as possibility of its rapid extraction from wheel.
