FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking patient venous blood into test tube with heparin, separating erythrocytes by centrifuging, washing out plasma with 0.9% sodium chloride solution, extracting erythrocytes, separating lipids from erythrocytes and dividing phospholipids into classes. Each phospholipid component contents is expressed as percent from total amount of erythrocyte phospholipids. Phosphatidylethanolamine level achieving 26.8-29.1 and phosphatidylcholine/sphingomyelin proportion (Kphch/sch) achieving the value of 1.2-1.4 on the background of distorted levels of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine, stable partial stabilization of inflammation process is stated to take place. Boundary values of every phospholipid component being achieved as 33.6-35.8 for phosphatidylcholine, 26.8-29.1 for phosphatidylethanolamine, 25.6-27.6 for sphingomyelin, 10.2-11.3 for phosphatidylserine and Kphch/sch proportion of 1.2-1.4, the moment of full scale completeness is stated to come for the inflammation process. Completeness degree is evaluated from the normalization levels of individual phospholipid components. Medical rehabilitation effectiveness is determined from metabolic remission prolongation terms and recurrent cases of inflammation. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method. 3 tbl
