SUBSTANCE: venous blood sample of patient is placed in tube with heparin, red cells were separated by centrifugation, washed out from plasma with 0.9% sodium chloride solution, extracted, erythrocyte lipids were isolated and phospholipids were classified. Content of each phospholipid component is expressed as percent of total erythrocyte phospholipid level.
