SUBSTANCE: stimulation of maize morphogenic callus growth is carried out by its culturing on nutrient medium Murasige-Skoog containing auxins picloram, dicamba and 2,4-D at each odd passage at amount 0.2-0.4 mg/l and at even passage their concentrations were decreased to 0.2 mg/l for each auxin. Method is used for maize tissue explant culturing. EFFECT: improved method of stimulation. 3 tbl
