FIELD: biotechnology and cellular engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing salt-resistant plants. Method involves culturing fescue and bent-grass lawn grasses up to preparing callus in Murasige-Skuga medium with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in the concentration from 3 to 10 mg/l followed by passage of callus for 2-4 passages in Murasige-Skuga medium with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in the concentration 1-3 mg/l and 1% sodium chloride up to preparing regenerating calluses. Then method involves regeneration and rooting plants in Murasige-Skuga medium with 1% of sodium chloride. Invention provides rapid and effective preparing plants of fescue (Festuca) and bent-grass (Agrostis) with the stable and inherited resistance against the salinization factor.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
