SUBSTANCE: method deals with perosseous puncture injecting into hemangioma the mixture of 96-% ethanol and solution of iodine-containing water-soluble contrasting substance at their 1:1-2:1 ratio at 50-70% against initial hemangioma volume. Such an injection is conducted 1-5 times once per month not frequently. Method provides destruction of endothelial lining of hemangiomal vascular lacunas, denaturation of plasma proteins by developing a thrombus, spasms of both abductor and adductor vessels that leads to decreased number of hemangiomatous nodes and substitution of hemangiomatous tissue for fibrous one. EFFECT: higher efficiency and lower traumaticity level.
