FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: catheter is introduced into cystic cavity under ray control, after cystic emptying from its content and its washing out with a mixture of alpha-adrenomimetic and anesthetic solutions 96-% ethanol cooled to -25-30 C is introduced through a catheter at 1/4-1/3 cystic volume and after exposure of 3-5 min it should be removed. EFFECT: higher efficiency, atraumatic treatment to be performed at out-patient conditions.
