FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously administering colloid radiopharmacopreparation to a patient as a bolus. Liver scintigraphy is carried out in double dynamic mode immediately after the injection during 10-12 min at a rate of 1 frame per 1 s during the first minute and a rate of 1 frame per 5 s during the rest time. The scintigrams built in each time interval, are summed. The total second interval scintigram is subtracted from one of the first interval. Accumulated quantity of the radiopharmacopreparation on the resulting scintigram is interpreted to make conclusions concerning vascularization of focal hepatic lesions. EFFECT: high accuracy of method.
