FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: hypertrophied section of muscular part of interventricular septum is resected under vision control in subaortic space 2-3 mm lower the bases of aortic valve cusps and to the front against conical muscle of left ventricle by temporal application P-shaped sutures of holders onto fibrous ring of anterior cusp of mitral valve suture ends of which are directed under a cusp and taken onto clamps from the side of left atrium. Due to steady pulling by temporal holders a fibrous ring of mitral valve is inverted outwards, but sutures coming under the valve rise an anterior cusp upwards to provide easy access into subaortic space. After resecting hypertrophied section of a septum P-shaped holders temporally applied upon fibrous ring are taken away and left atrium is fastened. EFFECT: higher efficiency to eliminate obstruction of left ventricular output tract, adequately decrease diastolic hardness of left ventricle, decrease the terms of surgical interference, decrease the injure of valve structures of mitral valve.
