FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: in order to change configuration of hypertrophic zone of muscular portion of interventricular septum, the latter is dissected in its upper third correspondingly to obstructed zone of discharge compartment of left ventricle of heat by proceeding from conical compartment of right ventricle cavity on working heart so as to penetrate into depth of interventricular septum down to level of 3-4 mm from endocardium of its left side, dissection being controlled by intraoperative transoesophageal echocardiography. Reduction of diastolic rigidity of myocardium and decline of pressure gradient between discharge compartment of left ventricle and aorta effectively reduce load onto left ventricle in this disease, thus normalizing cardiac function and improving clinical condition of patients affected with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy after undergoing said operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
