To do it, access through the left auricle and longitudinally dissected anterior cusp of the mitral valve in the middle of cusp body on the space from its free edge to the base is used with following correction of concomitant mitral valve insufficiency by means of plastic suturing the dissected parts of mitral valve anterior cusp body corresponding to the degree of mitral valve insufficiency. When needed, mitral valve fibrous ring plastic repair is carried out using supporting ring. Radical surgical correction of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy is carried out without opening the ascending aorta segment wall and cardiac ventricles to reduce in controllable way diastolic function of left ventricle myocardium in concurrently performing appropriate surgical correction.
